Lilian Guo

Lilian Guo started playing piano at the age of four and is currently studying under Claudia Xi in Orange County, California.

In 2018, Lilian participated in her first piano competition and won First Place at the age of five, and also was the recipient of the First Prize that year of the MTAC Orange County Branch Theme Festival.

In 2019, Lilian was awarded First Place in the Junior Student Division at the Orange County Rising Stars Piano Competition and participated in master classes given by Maestro Carlo Ponti.

This year’s accolades include a First Place Prize at the American Protégé International Piano and Strings Competition and an invitation to perform at Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall.

In addition, Lilian also participated in the 2020 MTAC Piano Concerto and Solo Competition garnering the Honorable Mention Prize in her division.

In her spare time, Lilian loves choral singing, performing musical plays and playing soccer with her friends
