Sydney Horst
Making her debut with the Los Angeles Virtuosi Orchestra, Sydney Horst was born and raised in Southern California and has been performing as a soloist and chamber musician for the last ten years.
She currently is in her last year at the University of Redlands Conservatory of Music in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Horn Performance under professor Adam Wolf.
Taking inspiration from her peers and teachers of both past and present, she hopes to inspire other young musicians to follow their own passions.

Don’t miss this exclusive Los Angeles Virtuosi Orchestra mid-season performance at Los Angeles’ St. James Church, as part of its Great Music / Classical Sundays at Six series. It will feature Tchaikovsky’s rarely heard Elegy, a musical gem by Mozart, and one of Frank Martin’s most enthralling works – all with our biggest lineup of young talent yet! This concert is free of charge and seating will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
